Subject: Mark Gatiss Review
Mark Gatiss's review on TND had the gripe (as did I and other Bond fan friends of mine) about the scene where Bond can't understand the Chinese keyboard, yet he had told Moneypenny in You Only live twice that he had taken a course in oriental languages at cambridge. This is cleared up in a paragraph in Raymond Benson's TND bok
adaption it reads.....Bond once had a bad habit about telling people he had been to Cambridge.He remembered trying to impress Miss Moneypenny by telling her that he took a first in Oriental Languages there. It wasn't true.....Hope that cleared that up (you might want to publish this as a reply to Gatiss's review).
